Das Bundesarbeitsgericht hat entschieden, daß ein Unternehmen den nicht genommenen Urlaub eine Mitarbeiters aus mehreren Jahren abgelten muss. Grund ist, der Unternehmer hat es unterlassen den Mitarbeiter an den Verfall seines Urlaubsanspruches zu erinnern. Die Richter bestätigen damit den eurpäischen Gerichtshof.
